IMPACT PADS.

An alternative to the T- and D-fenders. Instead of multiple fenders you can settle for two fender pads to do the job for you. The impact pad fender system is mainly made for vessels that prior had D-fenders or T-fenders and now rather want two fender pads instead of a number of little ones. The advantage of the impact pads is that the ship has only one fender pad between ship and berthing pile instead of for instance six to eight D-fenders.

Additionally the impact pad fender is only about one meter long which gives a weight reduction when replacing a whole row of D- or T-fenders with two impact pads.
